Kaptur hybrid pepper is a kapia type pepper, which are very popular in Turkey and Eastern Europe. They have rich flavor and vibrant color. They can be grown in high tunnels or in your garden, maturing from green to deep red and reaching 7 inches in length with weights of 5 to 6 ounces. Continuous fruiting under most conditions. This round, red tomato from the University of Hawaii is tolerant to both nematodes and bacterial wilt, serious problems in tropical and sub-tropical climates.
