Holy Mole has been upgraded with the addition of Sombrerete hybrid, now part of the Holy Mole brand. Sombrerete is resistant to phytopthera and tobomovirus. It is earlier to mature than the first Holy Mole. It can be used fresh or dried. The large fruit can be harvested at 75 days, or you can leave the fruit on the plant and they will turn to a dark chocolate color. 1,000-2,500 scoville units.

Greek Oregano is highly aromatic plus it has great flavor. The strength can vary between climates and soils, but normally it is pungent. The leaves are pointed and oval and can be very flavorful when dried. Prized by chefs, this variety is used in Greek and Italian cooking. Does well in zones 5-9. Plant your seeds indoors 40 days before the last frost just below the surface with a tiny amount of soil, and later expose them to light for 6 hours a day. After the last frost, plant them 12 inches apart in relatively dry soil. They do not like wet roots. Good for container growing. 45 days from transplant.

Kaptur hybrid pepper is a kapia type pepper, which are very popular in Turkey and Eastern Europe. They have rich flavor and vibrant color. They can be grown in high tunnels or in your garden, maturing from green to deep red and reaching 7 inches in length with weights of 5 to 6 ounces. Continuous fruiting under most conditions. Great flavor for eating fresh, or for canning. The firm fruit last a few extra days in cold storage. Kaptur is also excellent for baking or roasting. Myrtle is a commercial beefsteak tomato for vine-ripened fruit. They have good flavor and are large to extra large— 8 to 10.5 ounces. Disease resistance to Aal/Fol:1-3/Sbl/Sl/Ss/Va:1/Vd:1 and Intermediate resistance to Ma/Mi/Mj/Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus. This disease package allows for a long harvest window. Determinate 78 to 80 days.

King Richard leek is a selection that is designed to produce over a long season. The white shank is often over 12 inches. The mild flavor of leeks is great for soups, salads, pasta, risotto, stuffing and many dishes. You should start leeks in soil amended with organic material. You can transplant seedlings closer together 2–3 inches for baby leeks and 8–9 inches apart for larger leeks. Transplant them in trenches after the last frost, when temperatures are 45 degrees or more. Fill in the soil around the leek to cover the white part of the stem. Or you can plant the transplant 6 inches in a hole (made by digger stick) with leaves above the ground, allowing the soil to fill in around the stem naturally. Harvest in late August for full size. 90 days.

Mammoth Grey Stripe sunflower is one of the most impressive sunflowers you can grow based on sheer size. Rising up to 12 feet tall with a single stem, the blossom grows 10 to 12 inches in width. They are very impressive in the garden, and children love to see them grow. You can eat the seeds when ripe or allow the birds to eat them. Plant in full sun. Plant ½ inch deep after the last frost and when soil temperatures reach 55 degrees. Plant 20 inches apart. Attracts pollinators. 90 to 100 days.

King Kurd hybrid cauliflower (Barkha) has performed well in Southern and Eastern parts of the US. It has shown field tolerance to rain and black rot. Plants are semi-erect with good productivity and with consistent high yield potential. Creamy white curds have excellent quality, with an average weight of 2 to 3 pounds. 70 days.

Chichen Itza habanero brand of PX 11459057 brings you a larger fruit and earlier harvest than the previous variety. Large orange fruit have 140,000 scoville units of heat. 75 days.

Emerald Fire brand of PS 11435810 is a hybrid jalapeno hot pepper that offers a unique combination of size, quality, pungency, yield potential, and earliness. Disease resistance to PVY,0 and TEV. 2,000 to 2,500 Scovilles. 60 days.

Norma Jean hybrid tomato is a new and improved greenhouse tomato. Fruit weigh 8 to 9 ounces, and have excellent flavor. Widely adapted to both short and long-term productions. This variety has a lot of vigor and can last a season with two main stems. If you are seeking slightly smaller fruit than the maximum listed you can allow the plant to remain generative. Norma Jean produces 4 to 5 fruit per truss. Disease resistances include tomato mosaic 0-2, Leaf Mold A-E Fusarium Crown and Root Rot, Va:0, verticillium A&D, Vd:0 intermediate resistance to Powdery Mildew. Indeterminate 85 days.
