Kaptur hybrid pepper is a kapia type pepper, which are very popular in Turkey and Eastern Europe. They have rich flavor and vibrant color. They can be grown in high tunnels or in your garden, maturing from green to deep red and reaching 7 inches in length with weights of 5 to 6 ounces. Continuous fruiting under most conditions.
