This pepper is heart-shaped with thick walls. Some chefs prefer the mild flavor of the pimento. Fruit start out green and change to bright red with 3 x 2.5 “ diameter. Great for salads, grilling, freezing or canning. Plants reach 24 to 30 inches. 65 to 90 day maturity.

This variety was developed by Tom Wagner from heirloom stock. He focused on making a more productive plant and creating flavor that is great for making sauces. The cream to yellow colored fruit are nearly 3 inches long and are shaped like a sausage. The determinate 3 foot bush plants don’t need to be staked. 75 days.

Cienfuegos yellow is the perhaps the most fragrant and fruity of the series. It still has the heat, ranging from 250,000 to 350,000 scoville units. High yield potential and early maturity are the hallmark of this impressive series. 80 to 85 days.

Cienfuegos comes in two other colors: orange, the mildest of the series, and red, the hottest of the series.

An ornamental piquin-type chile with green leaves and purple fruit that ripens to yellow, orange, and then red. This variety has fruit in all four color states at the same time. Very striking and great for containers. 120 days.

What a fitting name for a beautiful round, red tomato with great yields and high resistance to late blight plus intermediate resistance to early blight and Septoria Leaf Spot. Stellar gives gardeners who experience high disease pressure a slicing tomato they can count on. Reminiscent of its namesake, the crown of this plant bears clusters of brilliant red peppers arranged in a circle like the petals of a poinsettia. This is a bush tomato that tastes wonderful and has big 8 to 10 ounce fruit. The flavor is great, and the there is plenty of juicy goodness. Released by the New Mexico Agricultural Experiment Station. The first chile pepper that turns bright yellow at maturity. Beautiful smooth fruits are 4 to 6 inches long and excellent for drying and making into wreaths or ristras. Also good to eat, with a typical chile pepper flavor. 75-80 days.

In parts of Asia, pink tomatoes are considered the best because they are typically sweet with low acid levels. This variety offers very smooth, unblemished pink fruit that weigh about 8 ozs. each with a delicious, mild flavor. Indeterminate. 78 days.
