Hernandez is a hybrid Fresno type pepper that has a lot in common with a jalapeno. The fruit are conical, 2-3 inches in length, with thick flesh that can be eaten fresh, grilled, or minced in salsa. The flavor is tangy and smoky with a hint of sweetness. Plants reach 22 to 24 inches in height and the fruit have medium pungency. 75 days.

Holy Mole has been upgraded with the addition of Sombrerete hybrid, now part of the Holy Mole brand. Sombrerete is resistant to phytopthera and tobomovirus. This is the original "blue" tomato released in 2012 by Dr. Jim Myers at Oregon State University. He used conventional breeding methods to get its dramatic purple color by drawing on a substance found in wild tomatoes from Peru and the Galapagos Islands. The substance is called anthocyanin, and it is a powerful antioxidant that protects us against disease and early ageing. Indigo Rose develops a dark purple skin wherever the fruit is exposed to direct sun, but it needs to ripen fully to develop good flavors. It is not ripe until the fruit softens, the bottom turns from green to red, and the flesh is deep red. Expect an abundance of these very beautiful 1 to 2 oz. deep purple fruits with rosy undersides and deep, brick red flesh. Indeterminate. 75 days.

Hybrid Hungarian hot wax pepper. Very productive plants bear 8-inch long, very hot banana peppers with medium-thick flesh. They mature from yellow to red and are larger than older, open-pollinated types of Hungarian Wax. Great for pickling. 60 days.

This delightful variety produces yellow-gold cherry tomatoes with red marbling. Marbling varies from just a red blush to extensive streaking inside and out. This Russian heirloom variety is well loved for its unusual appearance and outstanding, rich flavor. Pear-shaped, blemish-free fruit weigh 4 to 6 ozs. and are beautiful deep mahogany-brown with green shoulders.
