This wonderful heirloom beefsteak was handed down from an Amish family living in Minnesota and has big, luscious dark pink tomatoes that slice into pure heaven on a plate. The flavor is rich, yet sweet and just lovely, and the tomato interior is almost as meaty as an oxheart type.
