This is a premium ivory bell pepper with 3 to 4 lobes and blocky shape. It retains its creamy white color for an extended period before turning orange, and finally light red. Plants are vigorous, resistant to Tobacco Mosaic Virus and provide excellent cover for these very attractive fruit. 70 days.

Huge, thick-walled elongated bell peppers start out green but ripen to a beautiful, bright golden yellow, at which stage they become extra sweet. This rare pepper is was discovered by journalist Frank Tolbert while he was working for the Dallas Morning News. He had an interest in chili peppers of all kinds. One of his favorites had an unusual shape. Some believe the fruit look anatomical. Frank made what he called some of the best chili in Texas using Red Peter peppers. Flavorful and fruity, Red Peters are good roasting peppers. They are also hot - 10,000 to 25,000 scoville units. The fruit are 4 to 6 inches in length and mature from green to red. This beautiful tomato is a ribbed beefsteak type with sweet and meaty flesh. It resembles an heirloom tomato but is more firm. This extra-large, blocky bell pepper is very thick-walled and capable of becoming just huge. Peppers begin as dark green and ripen to a candy apple red, the stage when the fruit is sweetest. Strong plants are resistant to 3 races of bacterial spot, and continue to produce throughout a long season. Mature green in 70 to 75 days.

This is the original "blue" tomato released in 2012 by Dr. Jim Myers at Oregon State University. He used conventional breeding methods to get its dramatic purple color by drawing on a substance found in wild tomatoes from Peru and the Galapagos Islands. The substance is called anthocyanin, and it is a powerful antioxidant that protects us against disease and early ageing. Indigo Rose develops a dark purple skin wherever the fruit is exposed to direct sun, but it needs to ripen fully to develop good flavors. It is not ripe until the fruit softens, the bottom turns from green to red, and the flesh is deep red. This is an open-pollinated stabilized cross between New Big Dwarf and Paul Robeson. The result is a tomato with the same size, color, and shape of Paul Robeson growing on a dwarf-sized plant. Plants have dark green rugose foliage and grow 3 to 4 feet tall, bearing deep-maroon tomatoes with rich, complex flavor. This is one of the varieties shared by the Dwarf Tomato Project.
