German Johnson Potato Leaf Tomato

This version of German Johnson features dark pink, pretty beefsteak tomatoes that weigh 1 pound or more. They also appear relatively early in the season and are well shaped with no cracking. It is their incredibly sweet flavor that really makes them special though. We thought they were like eating watermelon with just a little extra acid mixed in.
