This new stem cauliflower is one of the best tasting we have trialed. As the flowering head opens, the stems are exposed to sunshine and the color of the stem changes from white to green. At the same time the stem grows increasingly sweet. The 8-inch flowering shoots will delight your taste buds and enrich your dining experience. Due to its adaptability in a wide range of growing regions, you are likely to have success growing Dolce Vita. Put some variety in your salad or stir-fry, with this new purple cauliflower. Heads are a purple/lavender color, that will not change when cooked. Heads are 7 to 8 inches in width, self wrapping and taste great. 68 days.
King Kurd hybrid cauliflower (Barkha) has performed well in Southern and Eastern parts of the US. It has shown field tolerance to rain and black rot. Plants are semi-erect with good productivity and with consistent high yield potential. Creamy white curds have excellent quality, with an average weight of 2 to 3 pounds. 70 days.
